Location. The Omni La Mansión del Rio is located in downtown San Antonio, Texas, overlooking the city's historic Riverwalk. This hacienda-style hotel is three blocks from the Alamo and seven blocks from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. El Mercado, the largest Mexican market place in the United States, is eight blocks from the hotel.

The on-site El Colegio, once home to the St. Mary's College library, now houses an intimate bar that serves regional appetizers and cocktails. Recreational amenities include a heated outdoor pool with poolside bar. The hotel's sister property offers spa treatments and salon appointments across the Riverwalk via a footbridge.
