This hotel was good for the price. Room was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable.

The air conditioner was not working well.

Checking in went smoothly, front desk was helpful and polite. The room was clean,bed was great as well.Hallways were clean and staff were friendly as well.

The ac did not work well in the room.

I loved the quality of the hotel and the helpful staff. The location is only 15 - 20 mins from the Galleria area.

Pool needed to be cleaned.
