This ocean front building is a nine story building with spacious one bedroom/one full bath and three bedroom/three full bath units that are all direct ocean front. The buildings has both on-site and off-site, across the street parking, as well as 2 elevators, ocean front pool and kiddie pool. The one bedroom units sleep four people and have fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and ocean front balcony as well as spacious living/dining area. The three bedroom units sleep eight people, using the sleeper sofas, and have fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, ocean front balcony and spacious living/dining area. Each unit is also equipped with bath and bed linens. Please note that no motorcycles are allowed. Student/group rentals are also not allowed. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in.
