We go above and beyond to provide you with everything you need to have an enjoyable Hilton Head Island vacation. When you stay at Southwind II Townhomes, we also provide you with two complimentary bicycles, green fees, and daily golf for four. It is a golf lovers dream. Lagoons, a golf course, and a nature preserve surround this resort and guests are within walking distance to the beach. Wireless internet is available poolside. Internet is also available in other rooms for a small fee and can be arranged through the telephone company. Please note that if you are booking a Saturday stay through, you may be asked to move units during your stay.
Please be advised that motorcycles, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed in the communities of Shipyard, Palmetto Dunes, and Sea Pines. Please note that a 95.00 cleaning fee for 2bed and 125.00 cleaning fee for 3bed is collected upon booking.

2 bedroom/2 bathroom Condominiums sleep 6. Unit bedding includes one King size bed, two Twin size beds, and 1 Queen size sleeper sofa on the first floor condos. The second floor condos include two King size beds and 1 Queen size sleeper sofa. All 2bed units have a cleaning fee of 95.00.

Check in is located at RMC property management at 20 Pope Avenue Executive Park Road, Suite 200. Office hours- 8 AM-530 PM. Check-in on Saturday is from 5-8PM and Sunday from 12-4pm. There is a 95.00 cleaning fee for 2bed and 125.00 for 3bed collected upon booking.
- AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
Please call ahead for a lock box code at 1-888-433-4762 ext 11100. Lock boxes are located on the left side of the building. Look in the box marked Hilton Head Accommodations for after hours check-in packets. You may call Monday-Friday between 8 am-5 pm, Saturday between 2pm-8pm, and Sunday from noon to 4.
