GUARANTEE POLICY All reservations made via the Internet require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Some reservations may require a credit card deposit. Local taxes are not included in the total room rate. If you wish to cancel, please do so prior to 24 hour check-in time . Failing to cancel prior to that time, or failing to show, will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay, per room, to your credit card plus tax. The room rate may change during your stay. No Shows Confirmed reservations will be held for late arrival on the first night of your stay until 09 00 PM EST. If you fail to arrive or contact our hotel by 09 00 PM EST of the day of arrival, your entire hotel reservation will be CANCELED. If you arrive after 09 00 PM EST without contacting and reconfirming with our hotel and the room is not available, your credit card will not be charged. Failing to show by the next day 11 00 AM check-out time will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay, per room, to your credit card plus tax, and the rest of the reservation will be CANCELED. Pets Pets must be leashed or restrained at all times, may not be left unattended, and must be kept quiet. Owners must clean up after their pets. We charge additional 10 per each pet per day.
