You must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7 percent tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions. Check-in is located at 57100 Beaver Dr., Bend OR.

Hotel Driving Directions
From RDM 33SW
1. Exit Airport and follow signs on access road heading towards Bend, under the under highway overpass.
2. Turn LEFT onto entrance ramp for US 97 S toward BEND
3. Continue on US 97 S
4. Take the Sunriver EXIT 153 - RIGHT onto S. Century Drive/Exit 153.
5. Continue to the round-about at the entrance to the resort area.
6. Take the first exit to the RIGHT off the round-a-bout onto Beaver Drive.
7. Make your first left into the Village Mall parking lot where the office is located.
8. End at 57100 Beaver Dr.
