Seaside Vacation Homes Inc. offers ocean front homes and properties just steps from the beach ranging in size from two to six bedrooms. All homes have capacity limits regulated by the City of Seaside and cannot be exceeded to protect the rights of the neighbors. All of the near ocean homes will have one house between you and the beach and easy beach access via city maintained trails. Your stay includes all linens, beds made prior to arrival and access to a washer and dryer located on the property. Every kitchen is fully stocked with soaps and cleaning products readily available.
A deep cleaning is performed at each home prior to and after each guest with cleaning fees due prior to arrival. It is not unusual for our guests to comment that our homes are the cleanest and most comfortable they have found after years of visiting Seaside. This reputation is a result of being selective in the properties we choose to manage, and our desire to surpass your expectations when it comes to cleanliness. We want your experience with Seaside Vacation Homes to be a big reason for returning to our coastal community.
Each home will have a TV with cable access and DVD player. Many homes offer Internet along with covered parking. Please contact us after booking to arrange check-in times and final payment of your cleaning fees.
A damage deposit is not required however we will require a credit card to be kept on file in the event of damage occurring during your stay.
Other area attractions include dozens of unique boutiques, specialty shops, art galleries and antique stores. Our 1.5-mile long ocean front Promenade is perfect for strollers, joggers and bike riders. The Prom also gives access to those with mobility issues, getting them closer to the wide, sandy beach. Those that are young at heart will enjoy such amusements as the carousel, arcades, miniature golf, bumper cars and boats, tilt-a-twirl, paddle boats and canoes.
