A hotel-rates.com guest Young couples New York, NY, United States May 19, 2010	It is the closest hotel to the rose garden and convention center. The elevators are very old, extremely slow, and smell of astringent. Walls are paper thin and you can hear entire conversations and the television of your neighbors. There were a couple spiders in the room we stayed in initially, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and everything is old and outdated. The carpet needs to be replaced, the smell and impression was terrible.	3

But, it was great value for the money and was convenient.It is the closest hotel to the rose garden and convention center. Its great for the night owl because they have pizza delivery until 4am (menus at front desk) and will give you a 3pm check out.For the price it hardly can be beat it. The MAX runs along the side to the hotel!	6

The hall carpets were so dirty. The bathroom was too small, the hotel quality standards aren't that high.	8
