We received excellent service throughout our entire 2 night stay- from the people at the desk to the servers at the restaurant to the maintenance people, everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful. There is a Crowne Plaza accross the street that I found as convenient, with a bar, a Max & Erma's restaurant, and in room refrigerator for about half the price. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. I had a great experience there.
