The room was nice, the beds comfy and the bathroom big.The hotel is spotless, with a sense of classic elegvance in every detail. The staff is incredibly attentive, respectful, and polite. Have and will continue to stay at the Waldorf when I am in NYC. It is an outstanding hotel.

Maybe need some improvement.
