We really enjoyed the location. The concierge was helpful and went the extra mile to help us out with tours and directions. The beds were very comfortable.

Rooms really need improvement.

The hotel was very convienient to all locations and the room was clean. Blocks from time square and the restraunts of hells kitchen.

The printer in the business center was broken.
