The rooms and sheets were clean, the AC works.

The shower was moldy and dirty.

It was cheap and it had a good location. All the service people was very friendly and receptive.

Holes in the walls and cracks on the floors.

The location was great. 4 blocks from Time Square, and within walking distance from many other attractions.

There was no shampoo, conditioner or toothpaste.
