A couple of great eats around. The continental breakfast was loved minimal (juice, croissants, donuts, coffee/tea).

The bathroom was down the hall.

The location is convenience, the neighborhood is good, 5-6 mins' walk to subway station on 72nd St. on Broadway. The two separate beds in our spacious room were big and clean with working A/C, television, and fridge.

The bed sheets were worn through.

For the price and location, it was acceptable. The staffs were nice and warm.The bath contained restroom outside the room was clean and easy to use.

Little to no parking without getting a ticket.
