Features. The traditional European-style Affinia Shelburne Hotel (formerly the Shelburne Murray Hill) was built in 1929. The Rare Bar and Grill is dressed in deep reds and khaki, with exposed brick walls, a solid oak bar and offers gourmet burgers made from ingredients such as shrimp and crab, barbequed pork and vegetables, with toppings including grilled Portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions and chili ketchup.
