Location. The tropical-themed Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is located on the south side of The Strip in Las Vegas, Nev. The hotel is connected via the Mandalay Place shops to the Luxor Hotel.
Hotel Features. The lobby at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino features a quiet check-in away from the casino, with marble floors, square columns and an aquarium. Strip Steak, the Michael Mina eatery, features purple lounging chairs, blue sectional sofas and A5 Kobe steak flown in from Japan. The Beach Concert Series, a seasonal weekend show program, features live entertainment from an elevated stage over the wave pool. A topless beach, Moraya, enjoys a secluded spot near the pool area.
