The room was huge, comfortable and outdated. Everyone on staff was very friendly and aimed to please. Spa is very nice and staff was especially so.Hotel location is great in that it is on the tram and next to the convention center. It is off the strip - costs about $15 for a cab ride to the Venetian.Overall it is a great hotel.

Food was a bit overpriced at restaurants.
