Location. The historic Seelbach Hilton Louisville is located downtown in the arts and culture community of Louisville, Ky. Hotel Features. The Beaux-Arts Baroque architecture, marble lobby and Rathskeller room are original to the 1905 hotel. The Rathskeller room is the only surviving Rookwood Pottery room in the world. Three restaurants call the Seelbach Hilton home, including The Oakroom, which is the first and only AAA Five Diamond Restaurant in Kentucky. The Seelbach Hilton has a storied history, including tales of 1920s gangsters and a ghost. Ghost tours can be arranged upon check-in. Guests receive complimentary airport transportation to the hotel.
