Front desk staff very courteous and helpful. The room safe failed to open and it was a fiasco trying to get it back open. The lobby is wonderful, and with the bar situated right there as you walk in, it is an exciting energy that takes you in the minute you walk through the door. The food was wonderful and overall the hotel was an outstanding one.
