If you don't mind walking...you can to almost anywhere. We walked to the Willis Tower, Navy Pier, Millenium Park, and more.the hotel employees were, generally, friendly; the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The elevator service was a little disappointed. Wireless available in lobby not in room.	8

The staff were great. They were very attentive, polite, and helpful. Wireless available in lobby not in room. Our room had a flat screen TV, a nice desk and chair, huge glass shower, and a good size closet among others.Overall it was outstanding.	9
