Excellent location within walking distance of bus routes, attactions and restaurants. Very friendly and professional staff. The parking charge is a bargain in Chicago--$23 per day.

Small lobby and elevators excluded. Toilet paper holder loosed on wall.

The location was great, only one or two blocks off Michigan Avenue.The bathroom was extremely modern and clean.

Housekeeping was a little disorganized on the weekend.

The room was updated and clean, and the bed was real comfortable with a down comforter instead of a traditional hotel bedspread.

The only negative was that it was no restaurant. The sign said that it was due to open sometime this fall.
