Located in a nice location and close to Michigan Ave.Walking distance to shops, attractions and public transportation. Concierge staff very helpful as were the door and bell staff. Everyone courteous and friendly.Rooms are nicely furnished, although the bathroom could use more towels. We stayed on the 15th floor and had a great view and a nice window seat.Would certainly stay there again.
