Location. The Ambassador East Hotel is located two blocks from Lake Michigan in Chicago, Ill. Rush Street restaurants and bars are positioned three blocks away. The Magnificent Mile and North Avenue Beach are one-half mile from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The boutique Ambassador East Hotel lobby is grandly supported by white pillars. The lobby's intricate crown molding etches the ceiling and chandeliers cast glittering light. Located in Chicago's prestigious "Gold Coast," the hotel has hosted world-renowned movie stars and Chicago socialites since 1926. French-inspired cuisine, a notable wine list, specialty martinis and live entertainment attract an international roster of guests. A 24-hour, complimentary business center houses three computer stations. A total of 1,500 square feet of function space accommodates up to 130 people.
