Location. The Grand Hyatt Kauai is nestled on 50 oceanfront acres along Keoneloa Bay in Koloa, Hawaii. Poipu Shopping Village is within two miles of the hotel. Koloa Town is less than three miles away. Hotel Features. Ilima Terrace presents breakfast buffets and al fresco dining amid waterfalls and koi-filled ponds, while Dondero's boasts classic Italian offerings and an expansive wine list. Hawaiian cuisine is highlighted at Tidepools, while healthy dishes are served at Anara Spa. Live music and performances are an integral part of the Grand Hyatt Kauai experience.
