There are many beauties about staying at the Maui Sugar Beach Inn. Offering four 4 very nice one bedroom apartment suites, and a gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath penthouse suite on the second floor. The Inn best accommodates the Romantic Vacation, Honeymooner, Business Travel, Group Travel, and Extended Stay. It is a lovely arrangement for groups needing multiple units together. Sugar Beach Inn can accommodate 8 couples maximum.

** 1BRSTE - Maui Sugar Beach Inn is a Six 'Suite Retreat' and very unique. Each 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite is approximately 500 square feet, fully tiled, and Air Conditioned for comfort. Each equipped with full kitchens for homestyle living, coffemaker w/ coffee, creamer, sugar provided, blender, toaster, spices, a bedroom with a king or queen size bed. Interiors are new and very clean. A gas grill is available for the guests, in addition to, boogie boards, beach towels, lounge chairs, and more.
One bedroom suites sleep 4 guests maximum and no children under 16 please. Free wireless internet is provided in each suite, in addition to telephone, cable tv, cd/dvd/tuner.
This property provides a retreat for the wrestless. No parties, No loud groups please. We guarantee a relaxing or romantic retreat for all our guests.

Driving Directions - Maui Sugar Beach Inn
Kahului Airport-Maui Sugar Beach Inn is ten miles. Leaving the airport, follow the Kihei signs down Dairy Road, after crossing the next four stop lights you will turn turn left on Puunene Highway This turns into Mokulele Hwy Follow the highway approximately 8 miles until it dead ends at South Kihei Road. Turn left on South Kihei Road. Go south for one mile. Turn left on Wailana Place and follow to Maui Sugar Beach Inn, 26 Wailana Place at the end of the road on the right.

From Makena or Wailea in South Maui, Travel North to Kihei on South Kihei Road approximately 7 - 10 miles until you see the Maui Lu Resort on the mountainside of the road. Just a few feet past the Maui Lu entrance, turn right on Wailana Place and follow to 26 at the end of the road on the right.

From the North Shores of Maui-Follow Hana Highway to Dairy Road then turn left on Dairy Road and follow to Puunene Highway / Mokulele Highway then turn left and follow the highway for eight miles until it dead ends at South Kihei Road. Turn left and travel south for one mile then turn left on Wailana Place and follow to 26 at the end of the road on the right.

Lahaina, Kaanapali, Napili and the West Shoes of Maui - Follow Highway 31 East approximately 15 - 20 miles. Just past Maalea Harbor approximtely 1 mile is North Kihei Road. Follow the signs to Kihei. Once you reach South Kihei Road to Right. Just one mile south is Wailana Place. Turn Left on Wailana Place and follow to The Inn at 26 Wailana Place.

Cancellations made more than sixty days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 250 USD. Cancellations made less than sixty days prior to arrival are subject to a no refund policy. However, if dates are re-booked at the same rates as the current reservation, we will prorate a refund after cleaning and if any other expenses are deducted.

Cancellations made more than thirty days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 100 USD. Cancellations made less than thirty days prior to arrival are obligated to the full charge of the reservation and no refund will be made.

NO children under 16 years of age please. Guests who arrive with children under 16 are subject to the full reservation charge and may not be able to be accommodated.
All rates posted are based on double occupancy only. If a guest reservation is made for 1 or 2 people, but arrives with 3 or 4 people, the reservation is subject to cancellation with 100 penalty.
Maui Sugar Beach Inn is a private resort and has a NO VISITOR policy. All guests must register with the innkeeper/office to occupy the property.
PRIVATE PROPERTY The Inn and the grounds to include the suites, swimming pool, gas grills, and parking are strictly for the use of our registered paying guests only.
