Ocean front - two beaches 50 yards in either direction. One a silky, Kauai white sand beach, the other 'Fuji' or 'Baby' beach where children are sheltered by a lava rock wall running three city blocks parallel to the ocean front. Imagine a bath tub the length of three blocks, and approximately 20 feet wide. Perfect for beginer swimmers, teaching your children to snorkel, or older folks who don't like to be knocked around by the waves. There you will find good snorkeling on the reef just outside the lava rock inclosure.

Bicycling / Jogging Trails, On Site, An excellent bike/ride/walk path, currently being expanded by the county to 11 miles, from Lihue to Kealia 'Donkey' Beach, directly in front of our unit. Bicyle and kayak rentals are available upon request.
Boating, 10 Minutes, Exciting blue marlin deep sea fishing and winter whale watching are available excursions. Local fisherman dock at the boat launch 100 yards away, where fresh fish can be snagged with a friendly 'Aloha'
ChildrenIs Activities, On Site, Fabulous beach for small children 80 yards away - well known Fuji 'Baby' Beach - great place to teach swimming and snorkeling, pool on site please no diving , surfing, body boarding, ATV, Ziplining. Park adjoining unit provides opportunity for frisbee, football, soccer, croquet. Hiking is a short distance, horsebackriding on the beach or up the hills to a waterfall fed swimming hole with picnic lunch. Lappert's Ice Cream, the best west of Europe, is a short drive away.
Diving / Snorkeling, 15 Minutes, Snorkeling sites abound, and challenging dives off the Napili Coastline are at your fingertips.
Fine Dining, 5 Minutes, The many ethnicities of Kauaians are represented across the island. Kapaa offers excellent fresh catch, Thai, Chinese, Filippino, island raised beef, a great Vegan establishment, Sushi is a 10 minute walk, 'Da plate lunch' and premier resort dining is a short drivel

Deposit, Reservation, Confirmation A deposit of 100 of the rent, plus deposit, for your stay will be required to confirm your reservations. Of this deposit, the first 500 is a security deposit. It is separate from the rent, and will be refunded to you by mail less any fees described below 4 weeks after you leave. If, upon check-out, no damage is noted, Hawaiian Rental Vacations will endeavor to return your deposit balance within 15 days. Deducted from the deposit will be cleaning and/or housekeeping charges for extra cleaning services, and the cost to repair any damage that is more than normal wear and tear. A major credit card is also required as security. In the event that the security deposit is not sufficient to cover damages. Reservations are not guaranteed until the pre-payment is received. Cancellation Policy You may cancel a reservation and receive a partial refund under certain circumstances. A 100.00 Administrative fee will be charged. Any cancellation for low season bookings prior to 60 days from the scheduled arrival date will be refunded 100 minus the 100 Administrative fee. Any cancellation during high or peak season prior to 90 days of the scheduled arrival date will have a 100 refund minus the 100 Administrative fee. Within 90 days a refund will only be made if the days can be rebooked. Only the exact days rebooked will be refunded.
