Steps away from the best shopping Tampa Bay has to offer and the convenience of a brief shuttle to the airport, Busch Gardens, Downtown. The service was great. The suite, the lobby, the restaurant, even the elevator were gorgeous.The room was very clean and large. The beds were extremely comfortable. The decor was awesome. I Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was amazing.The suite, the lobby, the restaurant, even the elevator were gorgeous.The service was great.Everyone one was courteous and friendly. Our flight came in early and they were able to get us right into a room without a wait. Great location. It's in a great area near the mall, movies plus restaurants. It's very close to the football stadium.

The heater system did not work.
