All of our units have a screened in balcony that over looks the water. Unit bedding includes one king bed, two twin beds, and one queen sleeper sofa. Max guests- 6.

1. Merge onto I-110 S/FL-8A S via the ramp on the Left.
2. Take Exit 1B on the Left toward Beaches/US-98/ Gulf Breeze/Gulf Islands Nat'l Seashore/Gregory St.
3. Stay Straight to go onto E Chase St.
4. Turn Left onto Bayfront Pkwy/US-98 E. Continue to follow US-98 E.
5. Merge onto CR-399 E/Gulf Breeze Pkwy toward Pensacola Bch./Ft. Pickens.
6. CR-399 E/Gulf Breeze Pkwy becomes FL-399 E, Portions toll.
7. Turn Right onto Avenida 11.
8. Turn Right onto Maldonado Dr.
9. Turn Right onto Avenida 10.
10. Turn Left onto FL-399 W/Via De Luna Dr.
11. End at 19 Via De Luna Dr.
