A security deposit of $200-$300 cash is required for all guests during spring break and for guests younger than age 25 during other times of the year. The deposit is returned to guests by mail within 14 days if room passes inspection.

Guests must contact the hotel prior to arrival to request the form, which is collected at check-in and must be notarized by a parent or guardian. Guests younger than 18 not traveling with parents or guardians are considered adults. Extra-person charges of $20 apply beginning with the third guest per room.
