The front desk staff was pleasant and the the check-in process went smoothly. The room has a nice comfortable bed.

The air conditioner was noisy and you couldn't turn it down.

Hotel room was clean. The room was good condition. The customer service of the hotel was amazing.

The shower was uncomfortable because of the shower curtain.

It was about a mile to Downtown Disney, a nice walk from there. And this hotel offers free shuttle service to get to and from the Disney World parks and the service was great!

No hot water for use in the shower/bathroom.It took 30 minutes solved the problem.
