It was quiet and a little away from all the tourist hotels, but close enough that one could walk to plenty of restaurants and a waterpark was directly across the street. If you wanted, you could even walk to Universal Studios, it is only a mile away. The lobby and general facilities are good and the rooms themselves were comfortable and clean, even if a bit worn. The beds and tv's are new, so that's a good thing. The front desk staff was very helpful with lots of solid info on the area and the restaurants available.That's a great value.	8
