Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the ground floor. Summer Breeze offers free seasonal beach service and the FunTastic program. There is a non-refundable damage waiver of USD 55.00 plus tax. Child care equipment rentals are available for additional fees. Advance reservations are required and must be set up by the onsite agent.

3. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto E FAIRFIELD DR.
4. Merge onto I-110 S/ FL-8A S via the ramp on the LEFT.
5. Take EXIT 1B on the LEFT toward BEACHES/ US-98/ GULF BREEZE/ GULF ISLANDS NATL SEASHORE/ GREGORY ST.
6. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto E CHASE ST.
7. Turn LEFT onto US-98 E/ BAYFRONT PKWY. Continue to follow US-98 E.
8. End at 12815 US Highway 98 W.

Check-in is at 3 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. No units will be rented to persons under 25 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Reservations made under false pretenses are void and subject to eviction. Evictions will forfeit all payments. All reservations require a credit card at check-in.
