It was a great location. Just on the beach. We were on the 7th floor on the corner facing Collins Ave and the south side this was very nice, what a great view when the sun was going down.Housekeeping/maintenance was good, the room was clean, but, could use some updates in decorations, no biggy though; bed was very comfortable, had a hard time waking up in the morning. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a great experience.

The parking was so expensive.
