Courtyard by Marriott Miami Beach Oceanfront occupies a building constructed in 1940. Although renovated, some of its Art Deco features remain, such as terrazzo floors and original columns. The hotel features a large sundeck that houses an outdoor pool, spa tub, and poolside bar. Spa services are available in poolside cabanas (by appointment). The oceanfront Surfside Tiki Bar serves appetizers and sandwiches for lunch and dinner, along with happy hour beverages. Guests enjoy the tiki bar's live music Friday and Saturday nights. Other dining options include The Courtyard Cafe, serving breakfast, and Carrabba's Italian Grill, offering dinner.
