The location is great, right in south beach, in the center of everything and close to the beach.

The room was very small.The room itself is very outdated, with old carpet (that is bunched up all over the room), very tiny bathroom that could use some newer fixtures. You could hear every noise in and outside the hotel.The breakfast that's included is also only a coffee and english muffin, bagel, or croissant, so don't wake up hungy!
