All bookings will incur a reservation processing fee equal to 5 percent of rental amount plus tax. Additionally, a damage waiver is required. For stays 2-3 nights- 25.00 USD plus tax. For stay 4 nights or more, 50.00 USD plus tax. 6 percent includes damage waiver.
