Once final payment has been received maps and directions to the office, along with check-in information, will be sent to you. Policies & Disclaimers
Reservations made more than 28 days in advance of your arrival date require a 15 deposit, with the final balance being due 28 days prior to arrival. In all other cases full payment is due at the time of reservation. If you need to change your dates call 407-932-2058. Making an advance reservation guarantees the current rate. If you later change your dates your new confirmed rate will be the rate in effect at the time of the change. The payment due dates and cancellation schedule of the original reservation will apply to the new reservation. Cancellation Policies If you need to cancel your reservation call 407-932-2058. Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival - your deposit will be returned to you less the 50 administration fee. Cancellations made 27-14 days prior to arrival - 50 refund of monies paid. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival - not eligible for a refund.
Deposit of 15 percent of total stay required for booking.
