The Florida Store townhouses are an extremely affordable way to have a great family vacation. Each townhouse is located in a wonderful gated resort community and offers fabulous amenities such as sparkling swimming pools, fitness rooms, game rooms, lounge areas. Many of the resorts offer BBQ areas tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and childrens play areas. All townhouses are fully equipped and furnished, including bed linens and towels. Guests must call 1-800-995-9321 or 407-846-1722 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to complete the guest registration form to receive lockbox information and directions to the vacation home. Guests will not be able to check-in without completing the guest registration form prior to arrival.
Reservations for less than 5 nights are subject to a short stay cleaning fee. This fee varies depending on the home size- 3 Bedroom USD 80.00, 4 Bedroom USD 85.00. Pets are allowed at a non-refundable pet fee of USD 75.00 for the 1st pet and USD 50.00 for any additional.
