From I-95 or the Florida Turnpike, take Sunrise Blvd. east towards the beaches. Cross over the Intracoastal Waterway bridge and then turn right on A1A beach highway . Head south to Belmar Street. Turn right and you'll find Princess Ann on the right just one block west.

Pet policy. ONLY with prior management approval, ONLY under 20 lbs., with paid pet deposits, certain breeds not allowed

Deposit required to hold reservation -- one night rate or 30 percent.
Cancellation must be made by phone AND in writing. 14 days prior to arrival in summer, 21 in winter. Deposit will not be refunded if canceling late. Cancellation processing fee, 25 USD.
No refund for no-shows or early departure.
Pets only allowed with prior management approval. Small dogs under 20 pounds. Add 10 USD per night and 25 USD cleaning fee per week. Pet must be on leash at all times, well behaved, and not left alone in the room. Guest responsible for any damage, via credit card guarantee or refundable cash deposit.
Deposit of 1 nights room charge is required at booking.
