Realizing we could not improve upon the perfection of the Gulfs sparkling emerald waters, we left it as it was and nestled our grounds just behind the coasts tranquil beauty. This professionally managed resort offers the amenities and comforts of home to discerning travelers. Our deluxe condominium accommodations include Golf and Tennis Villas for the avid sports person, Lakefront and Boardwalk Villas, and the beach-front Majestic Sun twin tower high-rise, all just a seagulls cry from the Gulf of Mexico.
In addition to offering two of the most beautiful golf courses in the area, Seascape has a complete tennis facility with eight lighted courts and five swimming pools. For meetings, conferences, banquets and special events of all sizes, the Seascape Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 500 guests.
There will be a one time cleaning fee charged at check-in. Cleaning fees are 1 bed-87.00USD,2 bed-95.00USD,2 bedw/bunk-100.00USD and 3 bed-120.00USD. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in.
