A security deposit of USD 100 payable by check, cash or credit card imprint is required at check-in, refundable upon check-out with the return of the keys, TV remote and payment of
telephone charges. A car is not necessary to enjoy the area, but helpful on sight-seeing tours. No RVs, boats, and trailers allowed on property. No elevator on premises. Some units do not have ocean views.

5. Take the ATLANTIC BLVD / SR-814 exit- EXIT 36.
6. Take the EAST ATLANTIC BLVD ramp.
7. Merge onto W ATLANTIC BLVD / FL-814 E.

Check-in starts at 3pm, with check-out any time before 10am. Office hours are from 9am-5pm Sun-Fri and 830-530 on Saturday. The resort is unable to accommodate requests for unit upgrades or changes.

If you will be arriving after standard business hours, please call the main office at, 954-427-1300, at least 24 hours prior to arrival. You must call ahead to make arrangements to pick up your keys.
