Mandatory damage insurance of $69 plus tax per home, per stay, and a cleaning fee of $75-$115 plus tax per home, per stay, are collected at check-in/check-out. Cleaning fees are based on size of unit, and the fee is waived for stays of five or more nights. Select units include outdoor pools. Electric pool heat is available for a fee of $35 plus tax per day or $165 plus tax per week. Gas pool heat is available for a fee of $60 plus tax per day or $330 plus tax per week. All units are self-catering. This property does not provide daily housekeeping services. Housekeeping services are available for a fee. Fees are determined by the property and are subject to change.
