Location. The One Bal Harbour Resort and Spa is located in northeast Bal Harbour, Fla. The five-acre property is bordered by Baker's Haulover Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean. The exclusive Bal Harbour Shops are located one-half mile from the hotel. South Beach and the historic Art Deco District stand six miles away.
