Great location, unbelievable prices Going to DC for the first time, I wanted to make sure that I stayed in a hotel that was not far from all the attractions. I was pleasently surprised with Westin DC hotel. The staff was "extra-courteous" and very helpful. Very stylish architecture inside, super clean and a great location while still in our budget! Higly recommended!

The service when checking in was just fine. I had to call the desk twice to request a room service menu. The valet parking attendants were courteous, but you should not bother calling down ahead for your car, as they will not go get it until you come down to the front. Also, DO NOT bother to express check out if you are using valet parking. before leaving the hotel you have to have the front desk stamp your parking ticket. Completely invalidates express checkout. The room was very nice. Loved the HDTV! I ate in the bar one time. It was very comfortable and the food was quite good If they could do something about the noise this hotel would be great. At one point we could hear 3 different tv's in our room. |

Great location and service. Ideally situated downtown near several good restaurants, clubs, and public transportation. The hotel staff was very helpful. I really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. read reviews about the charges for $20 a day for parking....so I knew what i was getting into. They charge $40 a day now! two doors down it is $5! They rip you off! The rooms need a good cleaning too. I was disappointed. The service was good in the restraunts. Good Buffet for Breakfast for $ 20 a person , worth it! |
