The boutique Hotel Telluride sits just four miles east of Telluride (Colo.), a premier ski resort in southwestern Colorado. During winters the Telluride Ski Resort offers downhill ski, snowboarding and cross- country skiing, and during summers the region abounds with outdoor activities, such as mountain biking, hiking and whitewater rafting.
