Hotel Features. Built in 1891 and restored in December 2008, the New Sheridan Hotel has been welcoming guests to Telluride for more than 100 years. The New Sheridan is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The Parlor Café, located in the lobby, serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The New Sheridan Chophouse serves steaks and seafood, and is open for dinners and Sunday brunch.
