Each Winterwood Townhome comes equipped with a full kitchen, fireplace, private Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, steam shower, private sauna, washer/dryer and beautiful woodside seclusion. Additionally, we allow our Winterwood guests to use the Scandinavian Lodge?s outdoor pool and hot tub, just 200 yards up Burgess Creek road. Winterwood also offers a complimentary shuttle to take you to the slopes during the ski day as well as the evening to go to town.

- Check-In Procedure
All guests shall check-in and check-out at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office located at 1355 S. Lincoln Ave. Steamboat Springs, Colorado 970-879-0517/800-233-8102. Check-in is no earlier than 4P.M. and check-out is no later than 10A.M.
- After Hours Check-In Procedure
When the guest arrives after hours, they need to go to 1355 S. Lincoln Ave. to pick up the white phone which will automatically dial our security company. The security company will arrive within 10 minutes to check the guest in. A credit card is required for deposit purposes.
