- Check-In Procedure
All guests shall check-in and check-out at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office located at 1355 S. Lincoln Ave. Steamboat Springs, Colorado 970-879-0517/800-233-8102. Check-in is no earlier than 4P.M. and check-out is no later than 10A.M.
- After Hours Check-In Procedure
When the guest arrives after hours, they will need to go to 1355 S. Lincoln Ave. to pick up the white phone which will automatically dial our security company. The security company will arrive within 10 minutes to check the guest in. A credit card is required for deposit purposes.
