IT IS IMPORTANT TO REALIZE THAT ALPINE TRAIL RIDGE INN IS
NOT A FANCY CONDO PROPERTY. IT IS AN OLDER MID-RANGE
FAMILY MOTEL WITH A RESTAURANT ON PROPERTY. THE STAFF IS
CONSTANTLY UPGRADING AND IMPROVING OUR ROOMS, AND WE
RECEIVE DAILY COMPLIMENTS FROM GUESTS ABOUT HOW NICE THE
ROOMS ARE AND ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE CLEANLINESS. ALL ROOMS
ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ON PROPERTY. THERE ARE THREE
BASIC TYPES OF ROOMS WESTERN, STANDARD AND BALCONY. THE
WESTERN ROOMS ARE IN OUR CENTER BUILDING. THEY HAVE
KNOTTY PINE WAINSCOTING ON THE WALLS, AND ARE MORE OF A
CABIN FEELING. THEY ARE OUR MOST ECONOMICAL ROOMS, WITH
EITHER ONE QUEEN OR TWO DOUBLES IN EACH ROOM. THE
STANDARD ROOMS ARE THE GROUND FLOOR ROOMS IN OUR FRONT
AND BACK BUILDINGS. THEY HAVE EITHER ONE KING OR TWO
QUEEN BEDS, AND THERE ARE TWO PARTIALLY HANDICAP
ACCESSIBLE ROOMS WITH TWO DOUBLE BEDS. THE VIEW FROM THE
STANDARD ROOMS IS TO THE SOUTH TOWARDS TWIN SISTERS. THE
BALCONY ROOMS ARE THE UPPER STORY OF EACH BUILDING, AND
EACH ROOM HAS A PRIVATE BALCONY WITH TWO CHAIRS. THEY
HAVE THE BEST VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS TO THE SOUTH TOWARDS
TWIN SISTERS AND TO THE WEST OF THE FRONT RANGE OF ROCKY
MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK. THESE TWO BUILDINGS ARE PARTIALLY
SET INTO THE GROUND, SO THERE ARE ONLY 5 STEPS LEADING UP
TO THE BALCONY ROOMS. THERE IS 1 KITCHEN FAMILY UNIT
LOCATED IN THE CENTER BUILDING. IT HAS TWO BEDROOMS, ONE
WITH TWO DOUBLES AND ONE WITH ONE DOUBLE, TWO FULL
BATHROOMS, A LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN. WE ALSO HAVE A
HEATED OUTDOOR POOL, OPEN MAY 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15, WEATHER
PERMITT IS HEATED TO 84 DEGREES. THERE IS AN OUTDOOR
PATIO WHERE UP TO 25 GUESTS CAN GATHER.

AFTER MAKING THAT TURN, GET IN THE RIGHT HAND LANE
