The hotel staff were very accommodating and provided a great service. The hotel smelled like smoke on some of the floors, but not bad once the door was closed and AC cranked. Good stay, great central location. This hotel is in the worst part of Denver! We did not feel safe! Would never stay there again! The shower's also sucked! |

I stayed here because I was visiting my daughter who lives four or five blocks away but also lives in a shoebox so no room for dad. The hotel is clean and generally well kept. There is a patio in the middle of the hotels exterior near a pool and that was nice to sit and chat and feel the breeze under shade. The room is clean and has the basic amenities you would expect at a Ramada Inn. The in-room movie service worked one day then was not available again during my stay. The restaurant which is open from 6am to 10 am serves breakfast. The price is high considering the menu and the room itself reminds you of a cafeteria. But I ate there two out of the three days 5 was there and the convenience is the only true draw. Better breakfasts are served locally at better prices but you need to drive a few blocks. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel, the friendly staff and the comfort. Very good value, no question. And there are some very good restaurants within two blocks and across the street inclding a small but nice coffee shop. The hotel has WI-FI for those that need it. It also has a business center you can use, a laundry room and a comfortable lobby. the hotels lobby was a little too western themed. i expected a shootout to happen at high noon. the hallways were a little too "the Shining" status, long, bare and kinda scary. the rooms were quaint. they had almost a bed and breakfast kind of feel, but the bathrooms were a little outdated. the service was nice, and were very helpful and willing. however, the hotel is placed in a not so great place at night. there were a lot of beggars out at night, and made it scary to walk back to the hotel. |

We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was very convenient for our needs. We were in town to see the sights around downtown Denver and found that it was very easy to get around from where we were. There are a few bar/pubs right across road. I had a non smoking king bed room and it was clean, smelled nice and the bedding was very comfy. The bathroom was a little small but there was another vanity area outside of that made up for it. Internet worked fine. Staff was very nice. They were able to checked us in earlier than check in time. Housekeeping was efficient and did not disturb our stay. My only complaint would be that the water temperature was constantly hot/cold with the shower. The pressure was good though. We didn't have any trouble with parking and it was free! For the price and location alone we would definetly stay again and will.
