Sunset is located right in the middle of Breckenridge with the ski slopes on one side and downtown on the other. The complex was remodeled in the summer of 2008. The back decks sit directly on Four Oclock Run and guests can ski directly to them. The free shuttle stops right in front of the building and can take you anywhere in Breckenridge. These large units are perfect for groups of all ages or large families.

From DEN 106SW
Take I-70 west to exit 203, the Breckenridge and Frisco exit. You will be heading South on Highway 9 approximately 9.9 miles from Frisco to Breckenridge. Once in Breckenridge before the round-a-bout turn right on Park Avenue. Continue on Park Avenue though the traffic light at Airport Road and again though the traffic light at Ski Hill Road. Past Ski Hill Road on the right hand side of the road is Four O Clock Road. Turn right on to Four O Clock Road. The Sundowner II Complex is the third complex on the left.
